First Western Bank is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Booneville Team.
This person would play an important role in organizing and supporting our team members to keep the office running smoothly.
This person will perform a variety of tasks and help keep long-term projects on track; while being able to prioritize more urgent requests as they arise.
Daily activity can include community event planning, planning special events for employees, organizing documents for meetings, preparing reports, ordering and restocking office supplies, routing phones calls, and greeting customers as they visit the Lobby.
This individual would be responsible for calendar management for the Market President: scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and setting up meetings in-person or virtually.
This position works closely with all departments, providing assistance as needed.
Qualifying applicants should have strong oral and written communication skills, possess high level organizational time management, computer proficiency, attention to detail, strong communication skills, problem-solving, and a high level of confidentiality.
Applicants should be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous Banking and/or Administrative Assistant experience is preferred.
Work references are required.
