About the Position: Under administrative direction, coordinates statewide facility patient accounting activities of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
Supervises the operations of patient accounts receivable, reimbursement, timely filing of third-party claims and accuracy of patient financial systems.
Job Type/Salary: One (1) vacancy Application period: February 6, 2024, to February 16, 2024.
Full-time.
Annual salary: $41,500 Hourly $19.
95 Primary Working Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of two years of technical experience which included the processing and/or payment of insurance claims or accounts receivable; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting thirty semester hours of college for one year only of the required experience.
Special Requirements: Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
