MT Signs, a widely respected and top-notch manufacturer and installer of exterior commercial signage in the River Valley, is GROWING! We are seeking a positive, high energy individual to assist our administrative team with the day-to-day operations of the company.
This position is *PART-TIME*, with an expectation of *25-30* hours per week.
*WHAT YOU’LL DO:* * Show up as scheduled and present yourself to your team and our customers as the friendly, fun professional that you are.
* Take initiative on things you see that need to be done.
* Cheerfully answer incoming phone calls and direct the caller to the appropriate party.
* Greet walk-in customers with a smile and an attitude of gratitude.
* Finalize customer orders and prepare them for shipment or delivery according to specification.
* Help to ensure the needs of customers, vendors, and teammates are met in a timely, friendly manner.
* Assist the Office Manager with creating and carrying out the Priority List for the day, as well as assisting to forecast priorities for the near future.
* Fill in “gaps” as needed.
This may include housekeeping tasks or small production jobs like application of vinyl graphics on a sign.

*WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY:* * Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
* 2+ years administrative assistance and/or customer service, with experience in Excel and Microsoft Office.
* EXCELLENT, OPTIMISTIC attitude and ability to demonstrate that in a fast-paced environment.
* Conversational ability both face-to-face and on the telephone.
* Organizational skills are a MUST.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.
00 - $16.
