URGENTLY HIRING FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN MCALESTER, OKLAHOMA (DAY SHIFT) $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS $300 AFTER 30 DAYS $500 AFTER 60 DAYS $700 AFTER 90 DAYS *PAY:* This position pays $25.
00/hr *Schedule:* MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8am-5pm Our Maintenance Technicians are essential to our success.
 You will maintain all support equipment and make repairs as required.
You will work alongside a team of production workers to ensure our equipment is at optimal level to produce the best quality products.
Come join our winning team TODAY!!! *This is what you’ll do:* * Assist and/or perform all tooling changes for the extrusion department as required by order change * Perform daily maintenance sheets on all plant equipment as per work order via CMMS; Enter all work records in CMMS * Use a volt meter; check and replace fuses, motor starter, relays, pumps, motors, and AC-DC systems * Maintain all resin systems and vacuum loaders, and clean filters and make repairs as needed * Maintain all support equipment, tape feeders, spiral units, extruders, vacuum tanks, pullers, reelers, air systems and water systems * Troubleshoot faulty electric circuits * Assist the maintenance crew with equipment rebuild and breakdowns, plant shutdowns and new equipment installations * Design and fabricate needed items to help with the running of the plant, utilizing cutting, welding and grinding * Maintain a neat and orderly work area * Follow all safety requirements of this position including but not limited to Lock Out/Tag Out * Additional duties as required by Management *This is what it takes:* Educational Requirements * 3-5 years of experience in mechanical and maintenance work or experience combined with technical training, required * Forklift experience Required * Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel * Knowledge of 120/240/480v single and three phase systems * Good knowledge of state and local safety codes * Ability to use most hand and power tools to include but not limited to: wrenches, torches, volt meters, drill press and band saw * Ability speak, read and write in English, Bi-Lingual a Plus! * Must be able to recognize colors *\*\*Nice to have:* Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reelers, quality control standards, and product specifications Occupational and/or Physical Requirements * Ability to lift more than 100 pounds with reasonable assistance (Crane or Forklift) * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance * Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights * Ability to lift objects overhead * Ability to spend up to 12 hours a shift on foot around hot machinery (This is a non-climate controlled facility) * Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objects * Ability to work inside or outside of the warehouse *What we offer:* * Hands-On Training Provided! * Vision, Medical & Dental Benefits ON DAY ONE !! * Paid Parental Leave * Fitness & Weight Loss Reimbursement * Safe Work Environment * Team oriented Environment * Advancement Opportunities * Work life balance * 401(k) with up to 6% company match! * Paid Time-Off, Holiday Pay, Double time and a half pay offered on worked Holidays!!! * Employee Recognition & Safety Programs \*\*Tuition Reimbursement \*\*For Tuition reimbursement you must be a full-time employee and complete one continuous year of employment.
