Excavator Operator
Job Description:
Operate Excavator to transfer materials from pit to haul truck.
Operate excavator to transfer material.
Demonstrates a good working knowledge of Company Rules and Registrations and assures facility compliance with regulatory agencies.
Report any problems to the manager.
Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor belts and other plant equipment.
Assure facility compliance with MSHA, DOT, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
Develop relationship with Quality Control to blend and load materials that meet DOT specifications.
This includes identifying and communication of communication of any quality issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma GED
Valid driver's license
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Detail-oriented
Excellent time management and problem -solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
