*Maintenance Manager *
Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance will include but not limited to the following tasks:
· Repair equipment or appliances
· Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repairs
· Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (water leaks, shoveling snow etc.
)
· Identify and report the need for major repairs
· Drywall repair/ patching/ caulking
· Undertake light installation of flooring, lights etc.
· General home repairs and maintenance work
· Responsible for basic repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical and HVAC systems
· Change locks/keys
· Deliver and install appliances
*Requirement and skills*
· Proven experience as maintenance/handyman: 2 years (Preferred)
· Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
· Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
· Good communication ability
· Well organized and apt in problem solving
· Attention to detail
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Have dependable transportation to and from work
· A current, valid Driver’s license is required
· Have basic hand tools
· Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, in all weather conditions
· Strong mechanical aptitude, and well-rounded hands-on mechanical skills
