Job Requirements:
* Valid drivers license and insurable driving record

* 3-5 years of experience in heavy civil construction
* Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or a related field preferred
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with B2W estimating software

Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for management of all phases of the project beginning with the initial request for a proposal, pricing, scheduling, project evaluation, execution of the work and close out.
The PM is responsible for the client satisfaction, project quality, cost control, schedule adherence and must work as a team member with other employees of Brothers Construction to deliver a project on time and withing budget.
Typical Duties:
* Plan, coordinate and prepare bid proposals on designated projects
* Perform pre-bid walkthroughs & inspections to properly identify conditions that could affect the cost of the work
* Prepare accurate detailed estimates and pricing for assigned projects
* Verity & edit all major project documentation such as, schedule, submittals, RFI’s, change orders and subcontracts
* Complete paperwork throughout the job such as, coding and approving invoices, financial projections, site visit summaries and purchase orders
* Track change orders & all extras on projects thru budget updates and submit change orders for payment
* Prepare complete and accurate billings (AIA document) each month for services completed on assigned projects
Job Site Management:
* Daily field operations oversight
* Monitor general conditions and manage cost
* Communicate effectively with all parties
* Work with job superintendents to establish all job requirements, including but not limited to:
job schedules, work plans, equipment, materials, permits, fees, job site layout, sampling, and reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
