Construction Development Coordinator

Royal Ridge Construction is a residential/commercial builder based out of Fort Smith.
We currently have jobs extending into the NWA region as well as into Oklahoma.
RRC is seeking a construction development coordinator to assist in the management of our many job sites.
This employee will work under the development manager to assist in the setup, budgeting, and permitting, of all projects.
Description: * Files paperwork such as contracts and quotes in Dropbox and in our project management software system * Sends out bid requests to vendors and subcontractors for upcoming projects * Assists in city applications * Drafts contracts and tracks down subcontractors to get them signed * Verifies that subcontractors possess valid insurance policies * Enters budgets created by the development manager into a software system * Creates purchase orders based on approved quotes * Meets with and reports on bid request and contract signature statuses with the development manager * Expected to be at the office full time unless running errands to the city or a job site * All other duties as assigned Experience: * Experience in construction (preferred) * Experience with project management or other management role (preferred) * Strong communication and time-management skills * Strong computer skills (including experience with spreadsheets) Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.
00 - $45,000.
