Looking to rent a room (Rudy)

I’m a 45 year old female looking for a room to rent somewhere in the Sebastian, Crawford or Washington county area.
Normally I work in Alaska 6 months every year but I don’t care for it and im kind of a freelance artist and would like to spend some time doing something I enjoy.
I have references, my own vehicle and I keep a very clean space.
I know a lot of responses to this ad will be asking for photos and weird stuff but i have no interest in anything but paying rent and I’ll do my part and to keep things tidy.
