Moving from the upper mid west shortly, to be by my daughter Need a furnished room in a house -- Older man searching for a room Utilities paid, place to park my car off road Rental for my self only Damage deposit waived Will be willing to do a background check Dont smoke , drink very little maybe a beer, no drugs Past home owner many years , will be working.
Month to month rental , till we see if we get along, then can sign a lease.
Will do work around the house for a break in rent.
