All of the Red Birds Ranch cattle are born on locally owned farms and finished at our ranch.
Our cattle are pasture raised, and minimally supplemented with a local customized blend of grain for excellent marbling, flavor, and tenderness.
Every rancher we do business with is a personal friend, so we are intimately familiar with their animal husbandry practices.
We strongly believe in humanely and lovingly raising animals.
This beef has phenomenal marbling, flavor, and tenderness.
No hormones ever.
Pasture fed, you can taste how happy our cattle are!! A little grain given to keep them friendly so we can monitor their health, and lots of love and treats (they love carrots and apples).
Your beef will be cut exactly how you want because our local processor will contact you and find out your specific needs.
Thicker steaks? No problem.
Less roast and more hamburger? No problem.
But be realistic, he can’t turn a whole cow into all T-Bones 😉 🤣 Then your specified cuts are vaccum sealed and hard frozen.
Each quarter is approximately 115 lbs of customized cut meat.
Pricing is based on hanging weight at $7/lb including processing making it approximately $2100 for a side (half a cow).
A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your beef.
A second installment of $500 is due on the processing date.
Remaining balance (figured once we have the hanging weight) isn’t due until either delivery day (local) or shipping day.
Since we deal with our own cattle, supply is limited, so order now.

Order your beef, pay through Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal.
After your deposit is received, we schedule the processing date.
Your beef will be dry aged 14 days.
We pay the processor.
