Paraprofessional - Parent as Teacher (PAT) (24-25 School Year)

*Open until filled* POSITION TITLE: Paraprofessional - Parent as Teacher (PAT) Paraprofessional TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: A full contract for this position is 190 days, with benefits as specified in employee contract.
Contract will be prorated based on actual start date.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree, 60 college credit hours, or passing score of ParaPro Praxis exam.
LOCATION: Parker Center ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Experience working with young children Provides services in participants homes.
Knowledge of ECE programs.
Must participate in required preschool trainings.
(Some trainings may be located out of town) Ability to work a varying schedule.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Perform other duties as assigned.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Maintain emotional control under stress.
Must have the ability to lift at least 40 pounds occasionally.
Ability to endure prolonged standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, occasional reaching above the head or the shoulders, bending, squatting and kneeling.
