Stepping Stone School in Alma is looking for teacher aids to work in our therapeutic preschool with children with developmental disabilities.
7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

We provide all of the necessary training for our staff to be successful in the field including but not limited to CPR, 1st Aid, and behavioral safety training.
Must ensure the safety and well-being of each child by responding to their emotional, social, and physical needs as well as their educational needs while doing daily documentation of individual learning for each student in your care.
Must possess a strong work ethic, be punctual, and have minimal absences.
Qualifications are 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
Must submit to various background checks including those completed through the Department of Human Services, Arkansas State Police, and FBI as well as regular drug tests.
CPR and First Aid Certified (will certify if hired)
Early Childhood Education or Experience preferred
