A family-owned group of telecom, broadband, wireless and data center company companies is looking for an Accountant/Senior Accountant located in Mannford.

SUMMARY: Maintains ledgers and financial records in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
Prepares fiscal and management reports.
Responsible for preparing all accounting activities and reporting.
This position is for our Warner office, but can be stationed at either our Tulsa or Mannford office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
Assists with all accounting functions including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing.
Assists with implementation of accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
Reviews and approves journal entries.
Keep all intercompany records and transactions.
Maintains, reconciles, and administrates all general ledger accounts including but not limited to accounts receivable, inventory, payroll and accounts payable.
Coordinates and ensures accuracy and timeliness of internal and external financial reporting.
Reviews fixed asset ledgers and ensures all items are properly capitalized and depreciated.
Assists with coordination of annual independent audit.
Prepares and/or reviews bank reconciliations.
Assures accurate and timely monthly closing; assists with preparation of monthly financial statements.
Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies.
Assists with special projects as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and/or training in the telecommunications industry highly preferred.
Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports.
Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, and evaluation.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
